USFS Fish Ecology
Unit The Fish Ecology Unit, formerly known as the Fish Habitat
Relationships Program, develops technology to address emerging aquatic
resource issues and disseminates this technology to aquatic resource
specialists through continuing education workshops, presentations,
publications, and on-site visits.
The Watershed
Management Council --The Watershed Management Council, a non-profit
educational organization dedicated to the advancement of the art
and science of watershed management, represents a broad range of
watershed management interests and disciplines. Links to an extensive

Water/Road Interaction Project Documents (mirror from San Dimas
T&D Intranet site) -- this project examines the interactions
between water and roads in terms of surface drainage, subsurface
drainage, and drainage crossings. It also contains a detailed annotated
bibliography through January 1998.
National Inventory and Assessment Proceedure
for Identifying Barriers to Aquatic Organism Passage at Road-Stream

a proceedure for determining the performance of road-stream crossing
culverts in the passage of Aquatic Organisms. The proceedure is
based on the use of the FishXing
model.
